  • I am looking for a wholesale source to sell on ebay. I would also like to dropship the merchandise.?

Posted by admin on November 29th, 2009 and filed under wholesale dropship | 5 Comments »

I would really like to work at home and make money online through the internet and am looking for opportunities. Dropshipping seems to be the way to go and get paid through paypal.

I am not looking for any : paid surveys , MLM , cash crate ect ( so please save your energy if you wanted to pitch that idea to me)

Please no scams, I have been victim to every scam on the web and tired of it.

I run an ebay business and do somewhat good. I net about 5k a month (after ebay and paypal fees) . There are sellers out there making 15-20k im still trying to get to that level. I do live comfortable though and work about 20 hours a week. I use the wholesale company salehoo for all my merchandise, I mainly like the community of other sellers that I talk to on a daily basis. I specialize in dvds and cds because they are light to ship and you can make a few dollars off of shipping. They do have a lot more besides dvds and cds though.

I found worms in my oatmeal packet bought from one of the big wholesale stores, should I report it and to whom

Where can I go to buy wholesale products like shoes? purses? Clothing?

Posted by admin on November 29th, 2009 and filed under wholesale products | 2 Comments »

I own a store and I usually go to Los Angeles to buy shoes and clothing for wholesale prices. Buy my question is.. If they sell me the products cheap they must get it cheaper somewhere else. I know they go to exhibitions, expos, and tradeshows, places like that, where can I go to find out what city to go to?

Why do you want to buy products cheaper? Will you charge your clients less or the same? Are you trying to increase profits for your store?

Unless you want to be a distributor you are better off just paying the best price you can get and working more on things like promotions, advertising/viral marketing and customer service. If you have a retail shop you are competing with other stores generally buying the products at the same price as you. Price is rarely what drives retail sales, unless you are Walmart and I assume you are not. If you buy in bulk you can often negotiate with distributors but other than buying a boat and going to China, you have to pay regular wholesale price.

As far as trade shows go, wholesale distributors get better prices for bulk only and you can’t normally purchase products at a trade show (place orders, but not walk out with product). You generally get the same price if you call the manufacturer or the distributor.

How can I find wholesalers/suppliers, especially for Cuisinart (or other kitchenware) products?

I am interested in finding wholesalers and suppliers for a 3rd party re-sale business. Does anyone have any contacts or information to find such suppliers? I am new to this business. I am looking for only Authentic goods. Is there a way to reach some kind of re-sale agreement with manufacturers/suppliers?

You can search for the wholesale suppliers or manufacturers of kitchenware from any B2B websites such as http://www.hellotrade.com or http://www.hardwaremarketplace.com

Some of the suppliers with contact details are listed below:

How do I start a business selling from wholesale suppliers? Im in Australia?

I have recently heard of people making a bit of money out of getting wholesale products and selling them..

How do you get into it and whats the risks behind it?

I have heard that going too my local secondhand shop and buying clothing from there and re-selling it on ebay is much the same as wholesale.. Is that true?

    okay

you need to have a wholesaler, like go to alibaba.com

it helps also if you know what you’re selling (example, computer stuff like hard discs, monitors)

    risk=reward
