how do i contact people who buy wholesale clothing from stores online so i can buy one piece?

Hello, recently i came across two lovely sites wholesalefashionsquare and apparelshowroom. i have some things i would like to buy but they dont sell individual pieces. I need to find someone website who buys from the sites so i can buy retail from them. Any ideas for me. Thanks for your time.

I would get the name of the items and then search on ebay. They may not be there but it would be worth looking. You may want to try searching more than just those 2 items and you may find another item from those wholesale stores. Then you could ask that ebayer if they plan to get the items that you want or if they would be willing to get them and how much they would charge. Just a thought.

I am looking to purchase a jersey from the store and I don’t know if what they sell is authentic. Anyone have any experience with them?

I had a friend who bought golf clubs from DHgate and they were fake.

Although it is all different sellers on there (kind of like an ebay)

It’s also mostly from China, so becareful. Shipping charges may sneak up on you.

I would just do some more research before you pulled the trigger.

How do I find wholesale distributors to purchase merchandise to resell at flea markets?

I am interested in finding wholesale houses to buy upscale vintage and victorian items to resale at flea markets, antique malls, and eventually I would like to open a quaint little shop.

The items I am most interested in are Victorian floral arrangements, swags, garlands. Vintage and Victorian wall pictures and other decor such as small wall shelves, tea sets, etc. Also, quilts, bedding, and window teatments.

To sell these kind of houses and victorian item. I don’t think, you’ll be prosperous Try the internet!!

why is it so difficult to find true wholesalers for small resellers?

Posted by admin on November 26th, 2009 and filed under wholesalers | 4 Comments »

I am continually searching the internet and calling potential wholesalers, just to find that they are in reality retailers in the guise of a wholesaler? I am looking for wholesalers who sells Fraternity, sorority, and toys.

The truth is: There are many fraudulent buyers online and many REAL wholesalers dont’ want to sell "just to anybody".

There is a level of trust that has to occur between the buyer and seller before a deal is made. Do you have a tax ID Number?? Do you have references?

It is important that if you plan on being in retail, wholesale you need to build a good reputation as a real business person. You don’t want to have a bad rap for reporting false shortages or reselling in the wrong places or misusing the trademark name in advertising. If you do it, most good wholesalers will not sell to you anymore.

There are some great wholesalers who are registed at Jane’s Wholesale auction who don’t sell online anywhere else. Why? They don’t want to deal with the high risk of merchant fraud. Merchant fraud comes in many flavors. There is credit card fraud and paypal fraud. If the market changes and suddenly a buyer is not reselling for a profit, he can file a credit card dispute claiming he never got the goods just so he can get his money back (and keep the goods). Real wholesales do not want to deal with dishonest online buyers who claim they never received the shipment even though there is a signed delivery. Dishonest buyers might claim, I didn’t sign for that package – it isn’t my signature or my name.. They do it for the sole purpose of trying to keep the goods for free. That is theft. There is ALOT of MERCHANT FRAUD online and many good wholesalers just don’t want to deal with this so they won’t sell online.

Janesdeals is a wholesale auction and escrow like service. The auction acts as the middle man between the buyer and seller. That means that all funds go through Janesdeals. The funds are cleared before the seller is notified to ship. Janesdeals protects the sellers from merchant fraud since Janesdeals knows how to spot merchant fraud. They only take cash. Janesdeals pays the sellers with cash.

Janesdeals has to screen every single buyer.

    Here are some bad apples:

That is how we get good wholesale suppliers to list items on our site. Janesdeals screens the buyers.

I hope that sheds some light on this situation and answers your questons. Buyers have to prove they are legitimate resellers before true wholesalers are going to take them seriously and sell them wholesale products.

What price should I quote when selling to retailers?

Posted by admin on November 26th, 2009 and filed under wholesale retailers | 1 Comment »

I have a product I am trying to sell to an office supply retailer. When I quote a wholesale price, will they expect me to add shipping to the quote or is that usually factored in separately?

Whichever quotation(s) that get your goods sold and payments into your bank account

Do I have a sales tax ID?

Posted by admin on November 26th, 2009 and filed under wholesale directory | 3 Comments »

So I buy world wide brand’s one source. If you dont know, it is a kind of wholesale directory. I was told by the company that I need a ‘Sales Tax ID’ if I wanted to buy products from the wholesalers they list. I live in Illinois, I got my employer identification numer (EIN) and I got my Illinois Business Tax number (IBT). So do I have a sales tax ID now?

Yes, it’s your State Business Tax ID number. Most reputable wholesalers will require a copy of it.
