There are many web hosts that do what you need but with no knowledge of creating a website then it will be very difficult.
You may be better using an ebay shop to sell your products as then you have an easy market to target and you dont have to bother with the web development side as it is all done through ebay
If you do decide to go down the self hosted route then I can heartily recommend TSOHost, they are a great webhosting company with excellent support

There are many hosting companies that provide cpanel hosting. cPanel is a interface for managing your hosting account. It is not a website builder. However, many hosting providers give very good website builders. However, from what you are asking "I like to build a web page to market and sell products", I think you need more than a website builder. You need an ecommerce shop or shopping cart software if you wish to process online payments and sell online. These are two different things. First is to build a website (web page) and second is to setup the payment processing functionality on it. If you are a novice and do not have lot of experience, the best choice for you is to use some sort of easy-to-use builder and then for the payment processing part, use something simple like PayPal or Alertpay. Check out InspiroHost.com. They have a great support team who helped me set up a content management system / blog called wordpress free of charge (even though I offered to pay them!). They’re really nice and helpful.
