yes you need at least a tax id. if you tell me where you live(what state) i can furthermost help you in getting a state tax id.

when i contacted a wholesaler over a month ago they wouldnt even give me a quote on the prices without 1st proving i was a business by giving them my tax id and a business card.

i suggest you going to the library or barnes and noble and read a few books like starting an ebay business and looking around the website i posted above to get ideas on how to start and run your business

   If you are in the UK, then go to Sally Hair & Beauty. They have branches all over UK. I bought some stuff from then when I was a therapy student.

   Depends on the companies policy. They will usually accept a letterhead, which are dead easy to do on your PC.
