I am looking to open a sports equipment store and I am in the middle of writing the business plan. This may sound like a dumb question but where do retailers like my store buy their product from? There must be a catalog for retailers so they can turn a profit.

Ex) Bats. If I were to sell Easton baseball bats, where/how do I go about buying these at wholesale / manufacturer price?
