I am designing a line of women’s casual apparel and I am looking
for pattern makers, wholesale textile/fabric stores, and places I can get my prototypes made, any suggestions?

Unless you go to Chinatown, you’ll be hard pressed to find the expertise….

Might I suggest New York City, or even the Carolinas where I am. We have textile mills be the 100’s and can mass produce very high quality goods very quickly…
