It depends on what you mean by wholesale stores. If you’re talking about the web-only stores that are based out of China, then the answer is no. The clubs are counterfeit and have no warranty and I believe are actually illegal to purchase.

   Much depends on the store, the policy of the chain if it is a member, the manager and the quality and knowledge of the help. There are some sales persons who don’t know their rear ends from their elbow. There are others that employ personnel who are familiar with the game and can impart good advice. The obvious answer " Depends upon the store and its personnel."

   Agree with Doyle, but you need to be very careful when you purchase online. Make sure to ask the sellers if they provide warranty or not, and also about the return policy etc. Actually, I know a golf wholesaler, I hope you may get good deals there. http://www.mygolfwholesale.com. Actually, I am an old customer there and feel good, at least worth the money. Again, make things clear before you buy. Good luck!

   usually, it’s a resounding NO!!! You should probably only trust wholesalers if you are operating a retail store/website/etc, and have sales reps to talk to who will let you know about legitimate wholesalers or buying direct.
