one easy way to find out what you want to know would be to contact the nearest auction place near you, that auction,s off used cars they can tell you who sells and who buys and I’m pretty sure they will share the info with you,,it,s public knowledge any way in most towns and states, like for me i live in Tennessee ,and i wanted to know so i went and asked a used car dealer,,but in reality the dealer actually take their car,s to the auction,,then there sold to used car dealer,s who turn around and then wholesale them to local car lot,s,,it,s really a easy process but each time the car changes hands the price goes back up,,i buy a few to re-sale once in a while, and i just go to the sale with a friend of mine,,this way i cut out the 2 middle men,,i hope this help,s.
